The other possibility to try is to see if any of the children were baptised, the eldest in particular and see if any address is mentioned.

Looks like the eldest is William Conrad birth reg. in MQ 1892 West Ham

1 Angle Street was unoccupied in the 1891 census (which is annoying!) Piece 1348 folio 117 page 30. Civil parish Leyton.

They either never got on to the census for some reason, or the name has been badly mis-transcribed.

You would have thought with a name like Conrad it wouldn't be too difficult to find!  I've tried various options but not come up with anything.
