John/Henry Smith Shipley Yorkshire Jam

HI

Looking for any information on the above people (not the factory)  as there doesn't appear to be anything online.  Especially interested in whether Henry Smith born around 1836 had any political links as he mentions in an article he was an MP but there are no records

Where were they born?

With a surname like Smith you need to give as much info as possible

Have you looked for them in any census?

Where do they fit into your FH?

Agree with Carol.                                                                                                                                 What relation was Henry Smith to John Smith, who according to Graces Guide started the Company in 1865?
