Grandfather - our only photo, help please

Hello,
A few days ago I asked for help but the image I sent was too small for the kind people who tried.

Here is a photo of my grandfather who died young. It is the only photo we have of him, sad to say.
I would be so pleased if it could be enhanced.

Hair of Ayrshire, Williamson of Tradeston, Glasgow. Nelsons in Australia with Haywards Heath connections.
