William Castlemain of London, gentleman and John Gout, Clerk.
ETA Actually it might be Castleman no 'i'

I read it as William Cartlitch (followed by a stray 'and') and John Gent.
'Clerk' for John Gent/Gout could denote a clergyman, in which case you might find confirmation of his name at the Clergy Database website.

Thanks you Arthurk. I had a pm from HD with the same suggestions.
Cartlitch is not a name I have ever come across before. But I see they do exist.
So it’s two vs two.
. I think you and HD are the correct ones.

Cartlitch looks like a variant of Cartledge/Cartlidge.

It looks like Cartlitch to me as well. I thought the squiggle at the end (which you interpreted, I think, as the 'ain' of Castlemain) was just a 'filler' at the end of the line.
