Will of Leonard Cobbold of Layham 1668

I would be glad of a bit of help with this will.  The words I am not sure of or don't know are in red.

Clip one. 

thereof as followeth Yt is to say first I give devise and bequeath to
John Cobbold my kynsman wch I brought up All that Messuage or
Tenmt Barne Lands and premisses wch ______ lying and being in

Is wch 'which' meaning 'who I brought up ie perhaps John Cobbold was an orphan?

be at for recovering the possession thereof and noe longer And soe
in order as theire legacys become due and be unpaid having respect
to the pa__________ty of time their Legacyes shall growe due by this my
will And whensoever either of the sayd Legatees shall have recd

yes it fits, but I wanted to check it actually does say decd.

(of course it means there are no less than Three John's mentioned in this will! I wish he was a bit more specific than Kynsman  ;D)

Gifte gift?  Did Leonard Cobbold loan money to his 'kynsman' and is now forgiving it as part of his will. So instead of an actual gift of money Leonard Cobbold wipes the loan?

Do you agree it does say WCH?  (which yes if it does, I agree probably means Which used to mean Who in the first instance, but Which in the second.  or does the second occurrence = WTH
