Adeline Orita Kirwan Arrival in Uk and date of death

Adeline Orita Kirwan was born in The Falkland Islands in 1908.
She traveled to the UK on board the Oronsa with her sister Madeline brother William and their mother
Madeline Agatha Kirwan (née Biggs) and apparently arrived in Liverpool in 1916.
I cannot see them in the 2021 Cemsus. So not sure what happened to them.
Adeline, often known as Orita, married Frank Laurence Voller, a London doctor, in 1932.
I believe she died in London about 1956 but cannot find a record.
Perhaps I am missing some obvious clues but would appreciate help with
1) What happened to her when she arrived in 1916?
2) Where is the record of her death?

Check for them in London on the 1939.  She is Voller this time.

The passenger list gives their intended address as Park Cottage , Blackhall , Edinburgh. Perhaps they were still there in 1921. I don't think ScotlandsPeople has the 1921 census yet  - but I could be wrong ?
