They haven't filmed the second pages on there, but on the previous film the only column filled in was "Cause of Seeking Relief", under which dates are given, often they are years back (so it might have been useful)

She might be in earlier books, of course!

If you are looking for travellers, I think they generally weren't recorded in the 1841 census.
They have a bit of a summary at the end of each enumeration district of the numbers found not in dwelling houses, including "in tents or in the open air", example here

They also seem to have associates who stayed in caravans, e.g. the Berritts

It doesn't actually say that Hannah is Ann's daughter, as they are both recorded just as lodgers. Hopefully she was!
As Greaves noted, it says Ann Walters is married.
What happened to her?
