When made much smaller it could just be

11* Arbroath Road.

There is a road named that in Dundee.

Thanks gadget, I think that's it.
I thought first letter was a W ???

I did until I reduced the size. It was the sharp  point of the A that stood out. Also, I knew there was an Arbroath Road in Dundee   :)

There seems to have been a trend in this style of writing in Scotland at one time. It can be difficult to read.

Hi, I would agree, just one thing, if you can’t read things they will rescan if you ask, I have had a few, and it can make a huge difference.
