Asylum Case Notes 4

Not much left to cover now but the writing doesn't get much better.

Here's what I think so far for this section:

15 7 37 Patient [?] and his memory is greatly impaired
7 9 37 Heart normal lungs normal [abdomen?] normal, weight 9 st 1 lb
1938 June 1 Special Report: Dementia. He is very childish and simple, is restless and noisy and can give no account of himself.
7 11 38 Heart normal, lungs normal [abdomen?] normal, weight 8 st, 9 lbs
1939 5 Jan? (or Jun or Jul?) small? [?]
Patient is very deluded? dull, simple minded. He can give no account of himself. end. [?]

Some awful writing.

I think this one is June  :-\
1939 5 Jan? (or Jun or Jul?) small scalp wound: by a teacup thrown by J W Venn

Patient is very deluded? dull, simple minded.

Not sure about deluded. I thought it might be childish?

Some awful writing.

Thank you Jen, I think this is some of the worst I've seen! That won't stop us trying to figure it out though!  ???

I agree that it's childish rather than deluded. Thank you for your help.  :)
