You have cut off some of the image on the left hand side.
Can you try again?

Are you able to link to the original please?
Some times I find it easier to look at the original even though it is smaller than a copy that has been enlarged and so is slightly pixelated.

ETA What is an 'RCE document'?

ETA What is an 'RCE document'?

RCE = the Register of Corrected Entries. Corrections or additions to Scottish statutory certificates are made in the RCE for the registration district.

A second version: The Evening News and Star, Monday 27th December 1886:

An extremely sad commentary on our boasted
vivilisation was the death of that man in a Clyde
Place public-house on Saturday night. Myles
Glancy, as he was called, was only 35 years of
age, and had been observing Christmas, like many
more of his kind, by stuffing as much whisky
into himself as he could carry. In the afternoon
he went into this public-house and lay down.
A few hours afterwards he was dead - through
excessive drinking, the doctor said. Surely the
sad occurrence is not needed to point a moral or
adorn a tale.
