Can anyone help with the bride's name here?  Every other name is clear but hers.

Looks like Mary Neil/Nail.

Present Tobias Butler and Rose Fagan? Often, but not always these could be related or friends of the bride or groom.

Looks like a Fagan-like word peeking out from the entry above so there may have been another wedding of people she was friends or related to or she could have been a witness 'from the street' ie on call from the Vicar  to be a witness

Welcome to RootsChat. I thought Mary's surname could begin with R which the same as the R in Rose.

I agree.
Can you provide a link to the original register or tell us the name and location of the church, so that we can look at whole pages to compare more handwriting?

I do not know if this link works; https://registers.nli.ie/registers/vtls000635121#page/102/mode/1up
It is in the National Library of Ireland register, parish of Mayne and Faughalstown, on July 31 1831.  The name Fagan was a neighbor but I do not know who Tobias Butler was.

PS. I found a small group of families by the name of Rail in the right area.  Unless someone can come up with an alternative, I will follow on with that name.  Thanks for pointing me in what I hope is the right direction.

The name of a priest, Patrick O'Reilly (O'Railly?) was written on a previous page, headed April 1831.
Have you looked for the surname Rail in the area in Tithe Applotment Books and Griffiths' Valuation and BMD registrations?

Yes I have.  Although it appears to be a Munster (South) name, there were 2 families with that name in the general North Westmeath area, however they got there.
