Using GRO Index there are no children Stoner/Storer with mothers maiden name Mansell that I can see.

When Thomas married Mary Ann Mansell she was of Wivelsfield age 21 he was of Haywards Heath age 22

I don't think the Thomas Stoner death in 1901 is 'your' man - this Thomas was married to an Eliza and was born in Southwick, Sussex.

Think your man probably did a runner!

Ok thanks everyone for your help. John Llewellyn Mansell was born 8/9/1875 at Haywards Heath no father on the certificate.
This is what I have.

Mary Ann parents were Richard Mansell and Elizabeth Robinson. Married 13/8/1839 St Philips Birm.
Children:- Esther born 1847 died 1847 Leamington Priors.
Elizabeth born 1849 Radford Semele no sign after 1851. More to come

John Llewellyn born 25/3/1854 Aberdare no sign of him. ADDED I found this 1861 census Jon Mansel aged 8 RG09/4086 F 25 P13.

Edith born 21/7/1861 Tondu, Wales died 1875 Sussex.

William James Mansell born 6/10/1864 Pewsey, Wiltshire. No fathers name on certificate but baptised 23/9/1866West Thorney , Sussex giving fathers name as Richard. Richard died 1863 in Pewsey.
Having to send it like this in bits because having trouble with my my keyboard doesn't work when I press return although brand new.       Thats all I have. Wished I could get a Wales 1861 census of them all. Another thing I question they got married in 1839 first child 1847.
