French Translation - COMPLETED

This is the back of a postcard sent in 1915 & found in an old family album. I hoping someone will kindly translate the message into English to see if there any clues as the who the people are on the front of the card.

Getting only the general gist. 

My dear niece,
It is a long time since you have written to to me.
I would love you to send me some news for me  . . . . . I am sending you a little souvenirof our house where we are.
 Asking for information,  . . . . . . .
Sent  on the 'request' of your uncle (unnamed I believe)  It is a long time since he asked me to take the photo to give you some pleasure. . . . . .
and giving the price of various foods/veges - I think. ( Meat is 1 franc 60 cents)
Not sure if the rest.

second name after the sender, 'your Aunt Leonie', is the rest of her name of someone else - ? Uncle.  Leonie C Foisy or Toisy maybe?

Crossed at the top it says the children send their best wishes 

- not word for word and I hope I have it basically correct.

I hope someone will give you a more word for word translation - but I don't think you will find too many other clues about family names.

Just been back to make some adjustments while I can actually see the writing . . . 

Oh yes - they are both in good health -  I think!

Thanks again Wiggy for the additional translation - with your help I have been able to identify the sender as Leonie Loisy living at a house called 'The French Garden' in 1921 - just need to work out if there is any family connection.

I am sending you a little souvenir of our house where we are "you know that I am not fond of being photographed but your uncle ( =Leonie's husband )has been asking me to for so long, so I did it to please him."
Give me some news , and tell me if you are all in good health.
I grow carrots and sell them 1 ,6 francs a bunch , and radishes that I sell 1,25 a bunch;



The weather's very cold and dry.
