I'm searching for history of the family of John Banks and Jeannie Munro of Canisbay (1870-1955).  Can anyone help me?

Thanks so much for the quick reply...I was excited to get it!  I recall the gravestone as being in Canisbay Church cemetery, but the curator there had been unable to find it and told me it didn't exist.  Does your source have a plot number?  (I wasn't able to back-track it on the link).
Again, thanks so much  (I am John and Jeannie's grand daughter.  My mother, their daughter,  came to the U.S. in the early 1920's .  I am now 86 and trying [very belatedly] to reconstruct my Scottish roots)!

It is!  I remember my mother talking about her uncle Peter; he owned a department store in Connecticut and brought his auto with him when he came on the ship...a big deal in Canisbay in those days!
