I have the record of the birth but having a bit of a challenge reading. See attached

I See James , son to John Dunbar and Anne Barber in was born 30th ?? and baptized this day Witnesses James Barber and Jean (I believe) Dunbar in ?? of

Assuming birth was 30 Jul 1799 but unsure
