I attach the Act of Richard Idenden of Biddenden 1524 which is in latin. Would you please be able to transcribe the Act for me and confirm whether the John mentioned in the Act is his son or his brother.

I have a number of other wills of the Idenden/Edenden family in Biddenden all of which are in latin from the 1400s that I may need some help with to determine the relationship between the people mentioned in the wills. I am sending two snips from the Will of John Edynden of Biddenden 1479 in which I believe he names his daughter Alice and son Stephen. Also mentioned are members of the family of Thomas Frende (not sure how they are related unless Agnes his wife may be the daughter of John Edynden), but I don't think the will states what relation they are. Also, I think the will mentions a Robert or Richard Edynden - can't make it out. Can you please transcribe the attached snippet for me. I may also send another snip from this will later for some clarification.
