Want to know wether you can find out who lived in a house in Sutton in Ashfield around 1948-1949

If you know the address you can look up the Electoral Register at the Records Office

As I don't live in Sutton in Ashfield how can I look up the Electrol register, is it available on Line.

Not on line. You could try ringing Notts RO & see if they would do a lookup for you.

Be aware that some RO’s charge for lookups
