As ShaunJ suggests, it's Vine Place - it's much clearer on the previous page and clearer still in the description of the enumeration district at the start of the section.
This kind of query is much easier to deal with if you provide the year and piece number etc of the census. I managed to find it by (a) comparing the style of headings with images I have from various years; (b) going to a site with an address search and trying what I thought it might be to see if it matched.
