Yes, he had married previously.
Edited to add I do not know many details about first wife.

Believe she was Stella Marjorie Wilson born 19.1.1923 who Keith married in dq 1946 Hampstead. She is recorded as travelling to Singapore on 2 records 1952 and 1956.

Hmm. I checked on familysearch too, which would widen the geographic area of the search, and nothing there either.

How do you know that they "definitely" got married?
