Deciphering Initials from Early 1900s

These are potentially the initials of an ancestor’s mother, recorded in a workhouse…surname is Smith so last letter is probably S, but any idea what the first two are? QV? QR?

It’s the one with the purple line next to it. It looks like an L but the others look more like Ls. Thank you!
