1841 Census occupation?
« on: Sunday 20 November 22 14:49 GMT (UK) »
FindMyPast doesn’t seem to have a transcription of the occupation of Sampson Chamberlain. The image is poor. I have an idea what it may be, but I may be imagining it. Any suggestions?

In 1851, he is described as 'labourer in gas works' so that would fit.
