As there is no father's name left to see on this entry, I think this may be where this particular line grinds to a halt!
There are pages missing from this register, plus as you can see, many of them that do survive are in a very bad state.

Father's name is Piere (with one r)
godfather: Henry ...
godmother: Adriene ...

And yes you're right: a lot of missing pages, and those that survived are in a very bad state.

That image must be from a different register Zefiro - that part is missing on the page I found!
