Adding photos to Ancestry

I've uploaded a photo to Ancestry and attached it to the appropriate ancestor, but I want it to show as the "profile photo" and I can'twork out how to do this. I've done it before but not today! Any help gratefully received!

Bring up the profile of the individual and click on the head box. This  takes you to an upload page.

Also, if you have a photo already uploaded in Gallery, you can go to that image and click on the inked name in the right column and select 'use as profile image'

I think the second option can only be used after you've linked the photo to the person~
