I live in ireland i cant't find my long form birth cert to get my passport and i am using HM passport to order new birth cert and just wandering if they send long forms or is it just the normal birth cert they send

Are you ordering a birth cert from Ireland or the UK?

Don't think the short cert exists in Ireland anymore. Don't know about the UK.
