1871 Sunderland Census Look up

I am hoping that someone can help me with an 1871 census look up. This particular record appears to be frustratingly missing from Ancestry. It has happened on several occasions. I think I have found it on Find My Past but unfortunately, I don't have a current subscription. I also can't find it on familysearch.org.

I am helping my cousin find information for her ancestor John Park  after she came up against a brick wall. He is the father of Charles Alexander Park born 1877 Sunderland. My cousin thought Charles's father was also called Charles but his marriage record proves differently.

This has to be the family I am looking for:

Ellen Park born 1841  Durham - living  Bishopwearmouth
John Parka born 1834 Durham  - living Bishopwearmouth
Matthew Park born 1868 Durham - living Bishopwearmouth

Matthew was born before their marriage in 1870 but has the name Park so I am assuming he is John Park's son.

Ellen remarried in 1881 so we are assuming that John Park died before then but can't find a death record.

It would be good to get the information from this record. For example, it may specify where in Durham John Parks was born and his occupation. Anything to lead us back with the Park family.

Oops! Yes it is. Thanks so much both of you. Guess I didn't look hard enough. I just assumed it was missing. It doesn't give much away though and I can't make out the address at all.

I just found a Cemetery Register, also in 1874 with abode Crescent Row and this is the address on the census record. The date of birth matches too. So once more, thanks to the wonderful people on RootsChat, I have  made a bit of progress. Thank you.

If Charles was born 1877, how can John be his father if he died in 1874?
