Dublin Teachers 1904
« on: Friday 16 December 22 18:35 GMT (UK) »
Hi,
I would like to know how to search for teachers records.
My grandfather was teaching in Dublin around 1904. I had some information that he may have been teaching in St.Peters, Whitefrier Street. Dublin.
Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.

Have you contacted the National Archives of Ireland to see if they hold any records?

You might try searching for newspaper articles- teachers and their schools are often mentioned in newspapers for various reasons.
Away sorting out DNA matches... I may be gone for some time many years!
