Am unsure what you are trying to do.

Are you trying to order a copy of a marriage cert for which you have the relevant references (perhaps e.g. from FreeBMD)?

If so then go to the GRO site
https://www.gro.gov.uk
and choose the option to order a certificate
at that stage , you need to either register for an account and log in, or log into your existing account

From there just follow the steps answering the questions at each stage and you will eventually get to the screen where you input the details place the order and pay.

If that's not what you are trying to do, then post back with a bit more detail and someone should be able to advise.

Marriages have not yet been transcribed.
You'll need to use something like FreeBMD.org.uk to get a GRO Reference.
You can then use that reference to order a certificate.

The Registration Districts cover a wide area. This page shows what's included in Ormskirk District
https://www.ukbmd.org.uk/reg/districts/ormskirk.html

so a marriage registered in Ormskirk District could have taken place in Southport, depending on what year you are talking about. You need to read the details on that page carefully to notice that boundary changes took place regularly.

Registration says Ormskirk but i think the bride lived in Southport district
If freeBMD gives the registration district as Ormskirk then that's what you enter :)

If you are sure that both parties are deceased and are willing to give us the names and date, we can check then explain using it as an example?
