Word in Registry Of Deeds Memorial

Memorials in the Registry of Deeds employ some standard abbreviations. There is what is probably one in the first line of the attached extract that is stumping me.
What I can make out is:
"A memorial of an ... of lease bearing date the 12th day of February 1806 made"

I think it might be an abbreviation of the word ‘Indenture’.

Oh yes, "indenture of lease" makes sense. It was the abbreviation for indenture that wasn't obvious to me.
