You have started many of the sentences with 'Then..' prior to the phrase 'I give and bequeath...' - the word it actually 'Item.'
I can't see the words marked with the number 4 - above 'my mother in law Katherine..' - they appear to have been clipped from the top of the image.
I can see the following in the image:
of my mother in law Katherine ?? ?? (if my wife soe ??) Item I give & bequeath unto
my said sonne John Martin all the rest of my goods & Cattles money and househould goods moveable
& unmoveable of what nature soever they bee my legacyes & funerall expences first discharged
Item I doe hereby make Constitute & ordeyne my loveinge wife and my said sonne John Martin
my executrix & my executor for this my last will & testament published ? & I doe hereby
renounce and revoake all forner wills by mee heretofore made In witnesse hereof
I the said John Martin to this my last Will & testament have hereunto putt my hand & seale
the day & yeare first above written
Signed sealed & published in the
?presence of us whose names are published
Robert ^ ??
Richard Foden?
Names are often the most difficult especially when the writing is a little cramped or written over.

PS Not easy to work with an image of the transcription - typed out and breaking the lines where the testator breaks them makes it a bit easier on the eyes.
