You have started many of the sentences with 'Then..' prior to the phrase 'I give and bequeath...' - the word it actually 'Item.'

I can't see the words marked with the number 4 - above 'my mother in law Katherine..' - they appear to have been clipped from the top of the image.

I can see the following in the image:

Names are often the most difficult especially when the writing is a little cramped or written over.

PS  Not easy to work with an image of the transcription - typed out and breaking the lines where the testator breaks them makes it a bit easier on the eyes.

It was a nightmare to post, and took me six attempts. File size exceeded, then an error message stating that the file already exists. Even after renaming it four times I still had the same error.

I will look at James. A good thing is it mentions his mother in law Katherine. This shows I am on the right track, and that he was not the captain of the Mayflower, nor did he live to be 173 as people have tried to convince me. Thanks for your work. 👍

You need to name your file something unique, each filename has to be different to what has already been posted, so "family.jpeg" etc will most likely have already been used but "willofjamessmith.jpeg" will have unlikely have been used.

Ah so it's a filename that already exists on the site, not one that I am trying to upload.

I'm not terribly happy with 'to wife' here. It doesn't scan very well. We would need to see what had been been said in the  lines prior to this to put it into context better.

Line 5:
my executrix & my executo^r to see this my last will & testament p(er)formed.......

Line 10:
presence, (assumed, as the clip has cut off most of this word), of us whose names are subscribed

Typo in your transcription Nell - it will be 'former wills ', not 'forner wills'.

As already mentioned in your previous post, and by Nell here, you should make line breaks where they are in the document.
Also keep original spelling and punctuation (or lack of it!).
I appreciate you probably did all this before you started to post it here on Rootschat.
Maybe something to think about for the next time.

Next to last line:

There was no letter 'j' to put in 'enjoy' at this time.

With help from a friend, that part after Katherine's name I was not too happy about, we now think reads:

of my mother in law Katherine winsor (if my wife so longe live) Item...

I'm not sure why you have used an @, ('at'),  symbol for 'and' - you should have an ampersand symbol on your keyboard - & - which means 'and'.
