Breaking this down into sections:

occ: sinker, and his wife, Eleanor, of Lumley.

Martin Wind, of Chester Le Street, m. Ursula Thompson 6th December 1789 and had issue:

Martin Wind m. Catherine Gowen 26th March 1801 in Gateshead and had issue:
- Eleanor Wind (1800) (before the marriage?) - also, there seems to be 2 baptisms for this one?
- Mary Wind (1805), daughter of Martin Wind,
occ: sinker, and his wife, Catherine Gawen
- Robert Wind (born 1808)
- John Wind (born 1809)
- Hannah Wind, baptised 16th January 1814, daughter of Martin Wind,
occ: sinker, and his wife, Catherine, of Usworth.
Everything seems to add up, including the occupation. Seems to me this is the same Martin Wind.
