French marriage contract from Rodiere lists 1637

Some time ago last year, several kind people helped me with the start of this marriage contract -

I'm now getting round to finishing some of these contracts off, and would appreciate some help with the last part of this one.

1637 Marriage of Charles D’aire and Jehanne Senlecque

I’ve got the transcription, and translation, of the beginning of this marriage contract from the Rodiere manuscripts, but this part at the end is giving some information about what they are bringing to the marriage.
I suspect it will give some interesting information.
It seems to mention something about France and Spain at the end just before all the names of those who would have signed or made their marks -
Philipe Senlecque; Daire: marque de ladite Jehanne Senlecque, marque de ladite Fournier; Hedoul: Louis Hedoul.

Rodiere used a lot of abbreviations in these transcriptions, and this is going beyond simple birth, marriage or death entries in parish registers which I can just about make out.

I solved the abbreviations in the best way I could think of. I didn't find the unit of currency . Maybe by comparing other inscriptions you'll be able to find the right one.

un jardin enclos de haies où il y a une grange situé audit
lieu de Montesvis tenant au chemin de la Calloterie audit lieu
tenu foncier du Sieur de Coullonche, de plus un petit bois contenant
3 m tenant audit jardin, tenu en fief de l'abbaie de ... sur mer
avec le 1/3 d'une maison et 12 m de terre à la Calloterie à l'encontre
de ses 2 frères. - La future apporte 450 .. que les Sieurs de Senlecque
et Fournier seront tenus payer six mois après la guerre à fait
regnante terminée par une paix publiée entre les deux couronnes
de France et d'Espaigne. Sieur Philipe Senlecque, Dairé, marque
de ladite Jehanne Senlecque, marque de ladite Fournier, Hedoul,
Louis Hédoul.

I think the abbey is St Joss (Josse), sur Mer, which is about 20 kms SE of Montreuil sur Mer.
There is a St Josse church in Montreuil sur Mer, but that is St Josse au Val.

I have made a a stab at a translation.
i would be grateful if you could cast an eye over it to check I haven't made any glaring errors!

; the groom brings
a garden enclosed by hedges where there is a barn situated at the said
place in Montewis by the road to Calloterie, the said place
held land of the Sieur de Coullonche, plus a small wood containing
3m by the said garden, held in fief from the abbey St Joss sur mer
with the 1/3 of a house and 12m. of ground at La Calloterie with
his 2 brothers. The bride brings 450.. which the Sieurs de Senlecque
and Fournier will be required to pay six months after the war has
ended by a pulished peace between the two crowns of France and Spain.
