Winifred was born in 1880:

JONES, WINIFRED       ROBERTS
GRO Reference: 1880  S Quarter in CORWEN  Volume 11B  Page 392  Occasional Copy: A

Here she is with her family in Birkenhead, Cheshire, in 1891:
https://www.familysearch.org/ark:/61903/1:1:4S5G-RT2

Here is the birth registration of one of her siblings, in order to confirm Elizabeth's maiden name:
JONES, HUGH  MAURICE     ROBERTS
GRO Reference: 1885  J Quarter in BIRKENHEAD  Volume 08A  Page 496

So Maurice Jones married Elizabeth Roberts.

Do you have Winifred on a census with her husband, John? When and where were their children born?

Agreed

On the 1881 Census, the Winifred with Maurice and Elizabeth Jones is aged "7 mths?". The 1881 Census was taken Apr 3rd 1881 - which puts the date of birth around Sep/Oct 1880.

There's a birth registration for a Winifred Jones, Sep Qtr 1880, reg. dist. Corwen, 11b 392 - mother's maiden name Roberts.
There's a marriage registration for a Maurice Jones, Jun Qtr 1880, reg.dist. Corwen, 11b 557 - on the same page is an Elizabeth Roberts.

Hmm...

There is a marriage between a Winifred Jones, daughter of Maurice Jones, and Thomas Edwin Pike in Birkenhead, Cheshire in 1904. Are you sure you have the right family for your Winifred, who married John Davies?:

That's a good spot - the 1911 census has Winfred Pike, age 31 (c.1880), place of birth Bryneglwys.

I think OP may have accidentally gone down the wrong path, which is very easy to do with such common surnames. Also, OP doesn't have the marriage certificate of Winifred Jones and John Davies, so they probably don't have Winifred's father's name, which is a must to go back any further.

I think we require more information on Winifred and John (like their children, where they were on the various censuses) to research further.
