FIND A GRAVE memorial for parents Herbert (1948 - death notice in reply as above)  and Sarah (29 October 1927) Probably the reason why Thomas Manley was sent to Canada.  :'(

Not sure if this will open up a different avenue to search for obituaries of the parents of Helen Louise Fraser which may mention grandchildren ?
Could be a birth for a son Joseph Ross Fraser 22 July 1910 Toronto - York Ontario.

FIND A GRAVE

William Edward Fraser born 1874 passed away 26 November 1951 and mother Mary Ellen Ross born 1881 -  31 December 1957 both buried Pine Hills Cemetery. Scarborough. Toronto.
Married  31 December 1902 Perth Ontario.
