Hi.  Toronto Star has a very short death notice for Helen Manley.

It says she died July 7 1998.  Wife of the late Tom Manley.  Mother of Jerry of Florida.  Close friend of Pat Ross of Ajax.

Not sure if this will open up a different avenue to search for obituaries of the parents of Helen Louise Fraser which may mention grandchildren ?
Could be a birth for a son Joseph Ross Fraser 22 July 1910 Toronto - York Ontario.

I think this is Thomas and Helen's son Gerald/Jerry.  He died in Florida in 2021.
