The entry for Ruth Isabel Ellis was found on the WFP archive site. It quotes 13th and 14th January 1964 newspaper date.  82 Lipton Street is also mentioned in the entry. It does not give the full entry, just a snippet.

I have been reading over all that you have sent me which has been very much appreciated. Can I be cheeky and ask you to look up the death for Herbert Andrew Ellis in 1986. I have Gladys’, his wifes but I cannot see Herberts. They both died in 1986. Apologies if you have sent it and I am missing it.
