Job title help
« on: Wednesday 25 January 23 19:19 GMT (UK) »
Hi. I’m just trying to work out what this says. I can’t find a job that matches the word (as I read it). Can anyone help me? Hoping it helps me trace him in the records.
Thomas Green is the person I am looking at. His daughter was born in America but this is his daughters marriage certificate in London, England in 1840.
Thanks so much for your help.

Could be completely wrong, but it looks to me like 'Dysinker.'

I'm wondering if it is meant to be die sinker:

Agree with Queenie - looks like Dysinker (Die Sinker)

Oh yes, could be. Unfortunately Thomas Green is a common name so it’s hard to determine which records are his. Thanks
