William or my daughter Margery happen to dye before my lease

Second one - I think it's 'term' again for the first two, but it's a bit small. The second lot of queries with the crossing out etc is also too small to make much out of - could you do another larger scan of just that bit, please?

Line 10 I think it's 'said' wife Mary - does it give Mary as his wife earlier on in the will?
and then, amongst all the crossings out on the next line,
'and her Assignes during the remainder of the
term'.
