Just a note to make life easier  - learnt from someone who did any for me . . . .

When writing up your work so far, if you can keep your lines changing/set out as they are in the original document, it really REALLY helps - makes it easier to follow the transcription etc.

Am downloading these so I can see if I can assist.

Back later if someone does not beat me to it!!

Well - Can't read all but here is my effort  . . . .  for now.

Not all there . . .  . .

Page 9 . .
instance of his disregard of regulations
all ? of any description are
? upon approved registrations
through the commissariat , and if Mr Pineo
has had to pay for supplies ?
for the ? service, it is owing certainly
to his refusing to adapt his own work
rather than act in accordance with
 the  ? of the service.

In a memorandum of the
13th of September Mr Pineo has requested
that the Comptroller General's  memorandum  of

page 10 . . .
(blued over) which the complain . ?. s may be
 (blued over)   ?
               As an instance of
 unsatisfactory manner to which
Mr Pineo proceeds, may be noticed his
reply of the 20th of Sept to the   Visiting(?)
Magistrate, a statement of his having
gone to Launceston  -  Mr Jones reported
on the 11th that he had been informed on that
day that Mr Pineo had gone into Launceston
on the previouos afternoon  -  this was referred

Page 11 . . .
to Mr Pineo, who   ?  the  ? - “ Not
true”  - It was again  referred  to the Visiting
Magistrate when it transpired that Mr
Pineo did leave on the 11 and did not
return  til the 12th thus being absent for a
whole night  -   thus if a second reference
has not been made the impression left by
Mr Pineo’s  reply would undoubtedly  have
been that he had not been at Launceston at
all -  ? a similar style of replies
adopted by all the  officers? of the Department
the work that would be entailed upon
the office  at Head quarters in ?
enquiries so as to elicit the truth would
be beyond the limits of any practicable
accomplishment   -  In his letter  of the

Page 12  . . . .
10th of Sept the V M in reply to
directions given to him by the Comptroller
General ? upon certain  ?points
reports
      1. that Mr Pineo has not
         ? the works frequently enough
       2.  That he has not attended
            morning  ?  musters as ordered
by the Comptroller General at Deloraine
        3.   That he has not  read prayers
or caused them to be read at any time
              since the Depot was formed.
          4.   That the regulations with
regard to discipline have not been fully
carried out,  and that to this last    ??    is

Edited to add.

Not sure about some words . . . Was Mr Pineo a minister? - or have I got that completely wrong.
