"BOND - November 16th, 1901, at his residence Normanleigh, The Range, Queensland, William Lucas Bond, J.P., eldest son of the late Hannibas [sic] Bond of Capital Farm, Bishopsnympton, Southmolton, Devon."

Lots of mentions of Hannibal BOND in old newspapers if you have access. Also William Lucas BOND's goods (except wearing apparel) were assigned for benefit of his creditors in 1864. He was of South Molton, saddler and harness maker.
