But little else

Unless it says Wm . BLOMFIELD  mariner on next line

The abbreviation after some of the names (handwritten and printed) probably indicates Ipswich.

Poll books are not the same as electoral rolls.
Electoral rolls list the names of people eligible to vote in a particular year.
Poll books show who each voter voted for in a particular election.

Was trying to work out what kind of mariner he could be
