Victorian bmds online orders.

Is anyone else having trouble contacting Victorian bmds? by phone 3hours wait time, No response to emails??
I ordered 4 certificates online; they came through but cannot download them as there is no link. I am in WA so with being 3 hours behind in time and the 3 hours wait time by phone with office closure at 2pm daily,  I am becoming VERY frustrated. I was instructed at 5am perth time by phone they would call me back in 3 hours........nothing has happened!!

Just checked their website and customer service is "currently closed" Not sure if that's any help!

Thank you! it answers my question but doesn't give me my certificates, they did not mention customer service was closed this morning, told me as there was a 3hour delay, to push button 1 and they would call me back, I took that as today.......obviously they meant one day. LoL.
I know they close at 2pm each day Vic time that's 11am WA time.

They have recently had major staff cuts so perhaps that is why things are so slow and disorganised!
