James Worgan Photo to hopefully be made clearer
« on: Thursday 06 April 23 21:12 BST (UK) »
Hi,
This photo is of my great-grandfather James Worgan born 18 Oct 1854 standing to the right with  his daughter Ruth to his right. The couple seated are Fred and Charlotte James, and the older lady sitting centre is Charlotte's aunt Emily Allen. I'm not sure who the children are, but the photo was taken pre-1908, as that is when Emily Allen died. The building behind is the gatekeeper's cottage in Upper Soudley, Glos, where the James's lived.
I'd love to be able to make out the faces of the people more clearly.

Thanks Nick

I would scan it if I could - this  photo was sent to me by a relative whose sister has the original - not of major importance, thanks for having a look.

A scan would be better to work with but this may help

Thanks so much for  having a go at this - I know working of a photo of a photo is less than ideal.
