Please can you help with a line from this old English will?
« on: Saturday 08 April 23 18:02 BST (UK) »
Hi, I've transcribed the whole will so have done pretty well, but am stuck on one line. The writer has just explained that he left someone out of his will previously and I think the line I can't read is explaining how he's addressed the issue. Maybe he says he shared it out? I cannot make it out.

The era is late 17th century, England.

"...and therefore I ??????????????????????
one thousand six hundred..." [this line refers to the year]

Thanks in advance for your help.

Here's one more word from the will that I can't read. It's a legal term to do with land and property

"the power to make life ? and joyntures."

Leases

You've got two different forms of e and two different forms of s in that one word, which makes it more difficult.

Thank you. I also thought it was leases.

Here are another couple if you have the time:

"...shall dye without ? ? of his body"
