I suspect that the burial I posted is your William and that Sarah continued to have children by 'person unknown'.  The John mentioned in the 1840 baptism was possibly fictitious, it was after all the first name of her father so I would treat that clue with caution.

William Kennerson married Sarah Harris 16 Aug 1829 at Ealing

Sarah Eliza was buried at St Mary, Ealing 15 Oct 1837

Rosie99. Earlier today, I had a look at this family and the baptisms / birth of children. I also ended up thinking that Sarah may have been having children to "other husbands", after William's death.

ALSO a brother Thomas baptised 23 Sep 1810

I think it is William Henry (born 1831) who married in 1854 to Susannah Mary LING in Tower Hamlets.
They emigrated to Victoria, Australia in 1857.
