Can someone help a fellow restorer

Hi All
Its been a while since i have been on due to illness, however a friend who's Mum died a few days ago as asked me to help her fix this photo, just a crack repair and a refresh.
I am unable to due to my PC being out of line having room fixed, and do not have access to my software etc,  Many thanks in Advance.

B&W and Color alteration.  (I was experimenting with different colors so instead of discarding I just decided to upload...sorry not original colorization)
