Detail forms handwritten entry notes for Marie Therese Pirson. I don't believe the father is named but mother's maiden name does. Many thanks for help.

Walker lequel a déclaré adopter l'enfant
Marie Walker
Marie Rébillet
Hippolyte Bourgoing
F. Walker

Baptism on 21 February 1846 of a child born in Pa.. on 30 September 1841.
Mother: Marie Thérèse Pirson, born in Verviers (Belgium), married to Frédéric Walker, who declared to adopt the child.
The child was named Marie by godfather Hippolyte Bourgoing and godmother Marie Rébillet.

The place of birth dissapears in the fold. You're right that the father is not named.
