Something isn’t adding up
In 1911 Lavinia says she has 5 children 5 living
http://www.census.nationalarchives.ie/pages/1911/Londonderry/Drum/Derryard/594736/
Lucy is missing
In 1901 there is 5 children but none are Archibald
http://www.census.nationalarchives.ie/pages/1901/Londonderry/Drum/Flanders/1523923/

This is James birth in 1891

https://civilrecords.irishgenealogy.ie/churchrecords/images/birth_returns/births_1891/02382/1888830.pdf

There is a birth of a Archibald Rosborough in 1892 but his parents are William and Margaret Houston
I think this is them in 1901 but while there is a Jane there is no Archibald

I think you might have the parents incorrect.
Archibald’s death certificate from 1955 gives his parents names as William and Margaret
He also records his mother's name as Margaret when he enlisted for WW1 in 1915.

This is Archibald’s birth record:
Archibald Rosborough born 5 April 1892 Limavady, Londonderry
Son of William Rosborough (labourer) and Margaret Houston
https://civilrecords.irishgenealogy.ie/churchrecords/images/birth_returns/births_1892/02351/1878846.pdf

This a brother for Archibald
James Rosborough born 8 July 1880 Claudy, Londonderry
https://civilrecords.irishgenealogy.ie/churchrecords/images/birth_returns/births_1880/02862/2048652.pdf

Added:
This is the marriage of William Rosbourgh to Margaret Houston in 1876 Londonderry
https://civilrecords.irishgenealogy.ie/churchrecords/images/marriage_returns/marriages_1876/11185/8098318.pdf

There’s another brother named Thomas born in 1894
https://civilrecords.irishgenealogy.ie/churchrecords/images/birth_returns/births_1899/02022/1775926.pdf

I think if you search through the records, you will likely find numerous siblings to your Archibald.

Milligan - Jardine – Glencross – Dinwoodie - Brown: (Dumfriesshire & Kirkcudbrightshire)
Clark – Faulds – Cuthbertson – Bryson – Wilson: (Ayrshire & Renfrewshire)
Neale – Cater – Kinder - Harrison: (Warwickshire & Queensland)
Roberts - Spry: (Cornwall, Middlesex & Queensland)
Munster: (Schleswig-Holstein & Queensland) and Plate: (Braunschweig, Neubruck & Queensland & New York)

This is your Rosborough family in 1901 census. You can see the names of quite a few of his siblings.
http://www.census.nationalarchives.ie/pages/1901/Londonderry/Foreglen/Letterlogher/1525119/

This looks to be Archibald in the 1901 census (also brother Henry), boarding with the Smythe family
http://www.census.nationalarchives.ie/pages/1901/Londonderry/Ballymullins/Ballyrory/1526664/

This is Archibald in the 1911 census, working for the Hamilton family.
http://www.census.nationalarchives.ie/pages/1911/Londonderry/Fore_Glen/Kilculmagrandal/596178/

This is the death record for Archibald’s father - William Rosborough in 1905
https://civilrecords.irishgenealogy.ie/churchrecords/images/deaths_returns/deaths_1905/05589/4570507.pdf

In 1906, the year after William died, his widow Margaret remarried to William Dickson/ Dixon.
https://civilrecords.irishgenealogy.ie/churchrecords/images/marriage_returns/marriages_1906/10144/5690725.pdf
(This explains why on Archibald's military papers he gives his mother as Margaret Dixon.)

This is Margaret and husband William Dixon in 1911 census
http://www.census.nationalarchives.ie/pages/1911/Londonderry/Fore_Glen/Letterlogher/596223/

and I think this must be all the “Rosborough children” together in Killunaght in 1911
http://www.census.nationalarchives.ie/pages/1911/Londonderry/Owenreagh/Killunaght/596307/

Archibald’s mother Margaret (Houston – Rosborough) DIXON died in 1916
https://civilrecords.irishgenealogy.ie/churchrecords/images/deaths_returns/deaths_1916/05255/4457221.pdf
(This is why Archibald's next of kin was changed to his sister Jane on his army papers.)
Milligan - Jardine – Glencross – Dinwoodie - Brown: (Dumfriesshire & Kirkcudbrightshire)
Clark – Faulds – Cuthbertson – Bryson – Wilson: (Ayrshire & Renfrewshire)
Neale – Cater – Kinder - Harrison: (Warwickshire & Queensland)
Roberts - Spry: (Cornwall, Middlesex & Queensland)
Munster: (Schleswig-Holstein & Queensland) and Plate: (Braunschweig, Neubruck & Queensland & New York)

Archibald was not born in Limavady but in the townland of Letterlougher (Limavady is the registration district & Feeny is the sub-district).
For older civil registrations on Irish Genealogy they will be listed under Newtownlimavady as Limavdy was formerly called.
Rowborrow and Rossborrow are other variations of the surname.
Away sorting out DNA matches... I may be gone for some time many years!
