Help with occupation on marriage cert please

Hi,
I'm struggling with Samuel's (I think his name is) (Arthur's dad) occupation on this certificate, can anyone read it for me, please? I've figured out the rest of it - the bad quality doesn't help. Many thanks for any help  :)

I've added another excerpt from the same certificate to give more handwriting-context.
HAY - Aberdeen, Shetland, etc.
LEE - Todmorden, etc.
BELSHAW - Farnworth, Bolton, Wigan, Manchester, Todmorden, etc.
ALLINSON - Pontefract, Leeds, etc.
UPWARD - Isle of Wight

Bit difficult to know what's what as all column headings are cut off.
Are you looking at Samuel Holden?

Sorry, yes, I did cut the headings off once I read the bit about only pasting excerpts if there was copyright. Doh!
Heard of Fustian but never Fustian Cutters, thank you so much, and this was in Todmorden too like the info said  :) :)
