Thomas Watts circa 1640-1645 Stepney or Poplar Area in Middlesex.(Now in London)

I am trying to find a baptism for him.  It is thought he may have been from the Stepney or Poplar Area in Middlesex. (Now in London).

A son is likely to be Thomas Watts was born circa 1681, was baptised 25 Sep 1681 at St Dunstan and All Saints, Stepney, Tower Hamlets, Middlesex.
The baptism document indicates he was from the Ratcliffe Area of Middlesex (London).
(As the crow flies Ratcliffe is about 0.1 miles from Stepney and 1 mile from Poplar.)

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
