Looking for any information on Daniel Winslade 1553-1618. We are definitely descended from Syman Winslade 1574 and suspect he is Daniel's son, but cannot find any confirmation of this.

Could you give us the country and possible location for your search for Daniel Winslade?

Looks like Devon;

Winslade House, a property with a garden, is located in Sidmouth, 1.4 miles from ... records and family trees - My Heritage WebDaniel Winslade, 1553 - 1618.

Found by googling but link does not work.

Possible Marriage FreeREG?
May fit in later?

Daniel Winslade (Weslad) 1553-1618 was born in Devon, England. He later worked for George Carey of Cockington. My direct ancestor was Syman Wenslad (Winslade)| born 1574. We are trying to discover if he was Daniel's son. Thanks.

Not sure how accurate all of this is but;

Tristram Winslade (Wenslad)
1552–1605
BIRTH 1552 • Devonshire, England
DEATH NOVEMBER 1605 • English College of Douai, Nord, Nord-Pas-de-Calais, France

That part seems correct from googling

He married Jane BABINGTON

Had a son SYMON Wenslad (1574) born Buckinghamshire

Brother DANIEL Winslade(1553–1618) born Devon

Thanks, but the info on Tristram is incorrect. He never married and never had children. Hence my query about his brother Daniel or Danyell. We know he was married because he contested his mother will saying he wanted certainty for his family's future. Thanks
